Material and process:
1. The bed frame is made of high-quality rectangular steel pipes measuring 30 * 60 * 1.2mm, and the connecting components are 3mm thick stamped steel parts. 2. Bed spraying process: The surface of the bed is first treated with steel shot sandblasting to remove rust, and then coated using electrostatic spraying. The bed is coated with anti-static powder, which has the characteristics of resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and fading.
