The bed frame and bed surface are fully welded using robots, and the welding joints are extremely reliable. The surface is smooth and flat, which is not only sturdy and durable, but also demonstrates a high level of craftsmanship.
3）Advanced bed spraying technology
The surface of the bed is first treated with steel shot sandblasting to remove surface impurities and rust, laying a solid foundation for subsequent electrostatic spraying. The bed body coated with anti-static powder by electrostatic spraying has excellent characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance and fading resistance, which can maintain the beauty and performance of the bed body for a long time.
